Established for over 40 years as a haven for both business and leisure traveller and is situated in a pleasant spot overlooking the Recreation Park and the Sea Front.
Many of our rooms boast beautiful sea views and the hotel offers a high standard of accommodation with excellent customer service in a relaxed friendly atmosphere.
Unfortunately due to the nature of the hotel we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12, pets or Stag/Hen parties

Facilities
All of our rooms are supplied with toiletries, crisp white linen and pure cotton towels.
They all have a flat screen TV with Freeview channels. Free Wi-Fi is available and all rooms are serviced daily and have tea and coffee making facilities.
All rooms also have a fan and a travel sized hair dryer. You can also request an iron from the staff if required
There is free car parking available and secure storage is offered free for our cycling guests.
Breakfast
We offer a wide choice of freshly cooked breakfasts using locally sources ingredients
Breakfast is an additional £10.99 per person, per night. Please notify staff on arrival that you wish to purchase the all inclusive breakfast so this can be arranged prior to breakfast preparations.
We also have alternative breakfasts such as vegetarian, vegan and gluten free

The hotel is just metres away from the many attractions, seafront restaurants and beaches of Seaburn.
We are a 5min taxi ride to the Stadium of Light, the local Metro station gives you access to the centre of Sunderland and Newcastle and it is just a half an hour bus ride from there to either Durham or the Metro Centre. So whether you’re visiting for football, concerts, theatre shows or just to relax, you will find that we are perfectly situated.
